… Is a Brisbane based company, operated by the Germans Carsten Balzereit and his wife Ulli.

They both moved to Australia in 2009 and from the beginning they had the idea to establish

the german "Currywurst“ in Australia. However they never could get a spot on the markets to do a german “Sausage Sizzle”.

In 2014 one of their German friends, who has been living in Australia for years, mentioned that

he really was missing the German Currywurst. “The smell and the taste of the slightly warmed

Tomato Curry Sauce topped with Curry Powder”... He was walking down memory lane when

he said: “Carsten, you are a qualified Chef, why don't you make such sauce, that would be

fantastic”. It didn't take long for Carsten to think about it and he recalled an old recipe which

actually was an old family recipe.

He refined the recipe and created Carsten's Tomato Curry Sauce. Whenever Carsten and Ulli were invited for a BBQ, they brought their own Sauce. People soon where curious and wanted to try this NEW “Tomato Sauce” … they did try it and they loved it !!!

Now Carsten's Tomato Curry Sauce is not only the "Currywurst Sauce" but it is very versatile.

Whoever tried the sauce said “I have it on everything” and comes up with new ideas.

It is a marinade, a dip, a sauce for Stir Fries, goes on Sandwiches, on Pizza, with spare ribs...

the list is endless, it goes with “Everything” and that's what it makes so special.

Carsten and Ulli then decided to produce, bottle and marketing the Sauce as Carsten's Deli Sauces...

Here we are, more then two years later, Carsten and Ulli are proud to look at a wider range of sauces

like the Tomato Curry Sauce mild, Tomato Curry Sauce hot, Salted Caramel and Salted Caramel Cinnamon.
